HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OFFSHORE TODAY. CLOUDS INCREASE AHEAD OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING FROM THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY ALONG WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN AREAS. A SOUTH TO SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW DEVELOPS TONIGHT AND INTO THE START OF THE WEEKEND. NOT AS COLD TONIGHT WITH LOWS IN THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 30S FOR THE CITY AND THE COAST, AND MAINLY UPPER 20S INLAND. IT WILL TURN EVEN MILDER ON SATURDAY AS TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO CLIMB ABOVE NORMAL. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL STALL OFF TO THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST DURING SATURDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN WAVES OF LOW PRESSURE MOVING TOWARDS THE REGION. THE CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL THEREFORE INCREASE DURING SATURDAY, WITH STEADY RAINFALL MORE LIKELY FOR LATE IN THE DAY AND EVENING.
